Products described on the shop page are delivered as electronic documents. You should store copies in a location you control after download.
Cooling-off and defects
If a file is corrupted, incomplete, or not the item listed at purchase, contact us within fourteen days of payment with your receipt reference. We will either supply a corrected file or arrange a refund where appropriate under consumer regulations that apply to your purchase.
Change of mind
Because digital files can be duplicated instantly, refunds for change of mind may be limited once the download link has been used. Ask before purchasing if you need clarification.
